Specialised in Commercial and International Law focused in corporative and commercial law areas. Has given advice to mexican and foreign clients about all kinds of issues related to the establishment and development of businesses in Mexico, specialising in the areas of external investment; Has participated in diferent types of transactions and used to manage tough issues with top-managers of northamerican companies as well as with foreign lawyers. Is now new member of GD CONSULTING’s Network as Correspondent in Mexico.

Correspondent in Nicaragua

63 years old. Studied Journalism and Communication in the Central American University. She is a determined entrepreneur achieving to develop pioneering projects during emerging economic development periods. As from the year 1974, establishes a micro uniform manufacturer business company and an exclusive linen clothes boutique. In 1994 identified the opportunity to project herself in the real estate market and founded Real Estate Center (REC), company focused on real estate sales and consultancy in Nicaragua. Given the rise in this market during the post-war, it was the precise moment to develop this market. REC since then has become a company that offers added value to its clients, assuring the company’s sustainability throughout this last 18 years and being an investment engine in Nicaragua and nearby regions. 50 years old. MSc in Computer Science from the “UniversitéLibre de Bruxelles”, Belgium; PRINCE2 RegisteredPractitioner in the UK. He specialises in emerging technologies and international business,focusing on finding opportunities and creating cross border projects.
Hugo’s evolving professional career started in the early 90s in Belgium as a software engineer for point of sales and payment solutions, and progressed into systems consulting and management for major multinational retailers in Europe and Latin America. He managed warehouse IT development for major retail clothing company Zara in the UK and Spain, led remote management and card systems development for Shell stations in Portugal and championed the full automation programme for the 150-site owned network of the privatised Repsol-YPF in Argentina.Lived and studied in France, Belgium, Spain, Argentina and the UK – fluent in English, Spanish and French; Italian (intermediate level). Is now member of GD CONSULTING’s network.
